I went here for breakfast after being told how good the food is. If you like greasy food served in a filthy dive, this is your place. I will go on a hunger strike before eating here again.

Amazing food. Prices are spot on and really good service. We need more little hole in the wall restaurants like this. Keep up the amazing work.

This is an amazing community breakfast joint with incredible food and service. Atmosphere is warm, friendly and comfortable. Menu is charming with interesting graphics and comic sans font which I was quite amused by. Staff offered top level service and even the other locals in the restaurant were nice and helpful. I had the breakfast sampler. The food was great even though I personally thought the hash may have been slightly undercooked. The rest of the people at the table enjoyed their food too. When we stopped by around Christmas, they were running out of items on the menu, the staff couldn't stop apologizing when they didn't have some items we wanted and took half off our bill. This is a great location to stop by and have breakfast before you go to the nearby Kelly park because this opens at 6am. Overall, this place is frequented by locals and serves great food, would totally recommend it!

To be fair my partner loved his breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with eggs. I however got a veggie omelet and had to send it back. Eggs over cooked and veggies inside were raw. I ordered the fish and cheese grits and was too embarrassed to send it back but it was worse. The fish appered to be 2 small frozen deep fried fillets and was served with a lake of grits that had shredded cheese sprinkled on top. When you ate the grits the cheese stuck to your teeth. It was pretty terrible. The servers were wonderful and they did take 10% off our bill but I can't go back.

Very nice folks, but I really think another server would have been a plus. Or mayb a food runner. The hashbrowns could use a little work and I kinda giggled when my omelette came out. It was a nice portion, but the cheese was wrong and I asked for spinach instead of green peppers and all that was added was the 2 leaves you see in the pic. 🤣 but overall, I was satisfied. I would return.

We loved how calm and relaxing it was to eat here. We ordered two sunshine burgers and they were pretty good. They were massive, but the meat itself could use a little more flavor. Our waitress was very efficient and on top of her game. The restaurant itself could use a little overhaul, though — we found a small disconnect between the aesthetic they were going for and the aesthetic they had. We will definitely be coming back, though, as it’s a very nice place to eat!

I ate here for the first this morning. I always look for home cooking and try to support small business. I got an egg sandwich with tomato and mayo on toast. I got it to go. It was very good. However it was $5.49!! I would hate to think how much it would have been had I gotten meat on it! I tried calling them but they don’t have a phone. I don’t think I will eat here again because it has to be expensive.

I celebrated my PhD last night in this great restaurant. happy to tell that it was a phenomenal evening and the restaurant was absolutely the reason for the fruitful gathering. The team contributed in a graceful style, the cooking was delicious and my guests were very happy. We shall no dout come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

Food is good, staple of the area, and not a bad place to grab a bite. Last two times I visited, though, there was a group of elderly locals arguing loudly their pro-Trump opinions that sounded more like bigotry than politics. It ruined both meals for me. Be warned, but hopefully your experiences are better....

First time eating here since new ownership, and the food was Delicious and the Service was Great!! Will Definitely be enjoying it again Soon!?

My husband and I try going there every Saturday and Sunday morning's for breakfast. The atmosphere is excellent and so are the folks who work there! Very clean and the hostesses there great you with a smile and a "good morning" when you're walking in. Once you have put in your order to eat, your meal is quickly made and brought over to your table. You can seat yourself and there's a Menu board on the wall with their "specials" of the day. So do yourselves a favor if you want a great breakfast go to the Chucks Wagon for your weekend meal(s). We do!

Very cute mom and pop place to eat breakfast or lunch. Food is delicious and service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and made sure we were checked on often if we needed anything. Highly recommend to give them a try for home cooked food. We had the breakfast bowl with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns and cheese with sausage gravy on top. So good! Also the strawberry waffles with fruit. Everything was wonderful.

I think the star of the show at this restaurant is the pancake. We got our pancakes with blueberries inside and they were delicious. Everything else was good but pretty standard when it comes to breakfast restaurants. Our waitress was wonderful and very friendly.

Missed the sausage in the biscuits and gravy and prices were double what was advertised on line. Not the same as it used to be. Guess it's time to find a new go- to place.

My hubby and I have tried this place with three different owners. Guess what... third time IS the charm! The loaded biscuits and gravy were delicious. My hubby got the Mayor Nelson bowl.... yum! Service was super quick and very friendly. If you have been in the past and didn’t like it, please give them another try. It will be worth it! Now we have to go back and try them for lunch.

A great friendly neighborhood restaurant. Prices are on par if not just a bit slightly higher but you get faster, friendlier service with that price. The food is on par with the big chain restaurants portions as well but again the ambiance is really what makes this place. The home fries could be a little more "home" meaning maybe add salt, pepper for taste and paprika, onions for color but otherwise it's okay. The service is always fast though and not going to base my opinion on how I think something should be prepared in their overall service. The staff is very friendly as well as the owners. There is daily specials. I try to go at least once a month. For what you are going to pay elsewhere check this out for the environment. It reminds me of the restaurant I used to go to after church when I was younger.

We had breakfast and everything tasted bad. I think they needed to clean the grill. We won't go back.

Had a great breakfast here today!! Food tasted great, did not have to wait long, and the portions were generous! Had the wagon trail omelette and two blueberry waffles. Could only finish half of the omelette. Overall great experience!

I can't comprehend how they make the best food I've ever had every time I come here. They've got amazing service and a great atmosphere. The food goes far beyond my expectations. I cannot stress how much I recommend coming here and trying it for yourself. I promise you will not be disappointed. I have never cared to post a review anywhere but for once i feel compelled to leave this message for someone whos looking for something phenomenal to eat. I myself, will be coming back for more very soon.

It reminds me of a place back home. Very glad I found this restaurant. The Staff is incredible and the food is just as amazing. Looking forward to making it a place where they know us by name.

This place constantly delivers. They have great food for fair rates, there is no waiting time even when the place is busy.

Small quaint establishment frequented by the " in the know" locals. Authentic comfort food cooked up fresh for your liking. The bacon is "off the hook" excellent. The pot roast is my favorite, though only cooked as a "special". Chef Ed and Jody are an asset to the community and awesome owners of this "little wagon" that can produce great eats!

We always try to have breakfast at small local owned restaurants. This was a great find. Good food, everyone was very nice and the service was very quick. Our tea and coffee was never empty.

Stopped in here on a whim like we normally do when finding small places to eat at. Service was great and food was good. Gravy was a bit bland but everyone’s opinion of sausage gravy differs. We would recommend this place as a good little local breakfast spot but the building looks tired and could use some work and cleaning.

Found this place driving through downtown Apopka months ago. Always wanted to try it, I figured a name like Chuck Wagons the food must be good. Food was very good and service was good but the inside decor along with the tables and chairs needs an upgrading like ten years ago. Bathroom was clean and decorate like the first pic, funny stuff. Had to be in Apopka anyway, but if not, wasn't worth the drive. Still wouldn't discourage anyone from giving it a try and supporting the local business. Just wasn't our type of place. Greasy spoon type of place but not too greasy.

Their service was excellent. I really loved the food and the courteous nature of the waitress. They were very fair with the prices and their food is top notch.

A Mom & Pop kinda place. I believe their hours are 6:00am till 2:00pm. It’s mostly a breakfast place. And boy do they do it right!! Mostly southern fair. Very inexpensive. And they always have specials. If I remember right, for my husband and myself a huge breakfast came to about $15. That’s with coffee too. Would definitely recommend 👍

First time visiting today, and boy was this a treat! Quaint and cozy little spot in Apopka with REAL home cooking. The chicken and waffles was delightful, and the sausage gravy was the BEST I'VE EVER HAD! The aromas of goodness fill the air in this restaurant, ensuring that no matter what you order will taste like love! The food here is fit for a king... I even spotted Elvis!
